All Sales Final

At His & Her Kicks, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please make sure you know your size and style before checking out—manufacturer sizing guides are your best friend.

Risk of Loss

Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, ownership and responsibility transfer to you. If a package is marked as delivered or claimed as lost, we’ll open an investigation. In some cases, you may be asked to complete an affidavit before we move forward.

Any replacements or store credits are issued at our discretion.

Returns

All purchases from His & Her Kicks, whether online or in person, are final sale. Once kicks are sold, we cannot accept returns or exchanges—no exceptions.
